I've seen a lot of cake batter-themed treats floating around & I sure do love cake batter!
Anyone else love the cake batter and strawberries from Cold Stone?
I always want to lick the bowl and beaters whenever making cakes or cookies.
The hubby always gets onto me, "there's raw eggs in there!"
Well, these cookies have no raw eggs, so lick away my friends!
My sweet tooth has been aching, so why not hop on the cake batter train? Toot, toot!
Cake Batter Cookies

What You'll Need
1 cup flour
1 cup yellow cake mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3-5 tablespoons milk
As many sprinkles as you desire!
Beat together your softened butter and sugar using an electric mixer until well combined. Add cake mix, flour, salt, and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add up to 5 tablespoons of milk or more if needed to make a dough consistency. Mix in sprinkles with a rubber spatula. Roll dough into one inch balls and place onto a baking sheet. I like to use a rubber baking mat so that the bottoms don't burn. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and bake your cookies for 9 minutes.

Add some more sprinkles to the tops of your dough balls |

Your cookies should be about half dollar size once baked |
