235 Calorie Hot Wing & Goat Cheese Turkey Meatballs

I've come to the conclusion, whoever says healthy can't be delicious must be a bad cook. Sticking with my New Years resolution of eating healthier, I've come up with a turkey meatball recipe combining the flavors of some of my favorite naughty foods, hot wings and goat cheese!

Hot Wing & Goat Cheese Turkey Meatballs
Makes 24 medium meatballs
4 servings - 235 calories per serving (6 meatballs)
1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup sweet onion, diced
2.5 oz goat cheese
4 tbsp hot wing sauce
2 tbsp light hidden valley ranch
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 450 F degrees. Reserve 2 tbsp of hot wing sauce for after the meatballs have baked. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Place 24 medium sized meatballs on a baking pan. I used a Silpat, but a normal baking pan sprayed with cooking spray should work too. Bake for 23 - 25 minutes. Toss your baked meatballs in the reaming 2 tbsp of wing sauce. Enjoy!
